The Year of Intention
This year, I’ll pause and take a breath,
To quiet the noise, to lean into depth.
No longer rushing, no frantic pace,
I’ll find my center, I’ll hold my space.
Each step I take, each choice I make,
Will honor the life I wish to create.
Not out of duty, not out of fear,
But from a place that feels sincere.
I’ll guide my work with steady hands,
Helping others build what they’ve planned.
Teaching them gently, showing the way,
To live with purpose each passing day.
At home, I’ll cherish the laughter, the mess,
Knowing these moments are life’s true success.
With my boys, I’ll stay present, I’ll see their light,
Holding them close, both day and night.
I’ll honor my energy, guard my “yes,”
And say no to the things that lead to stress.
It’s not about perfect, it’s not about more,
It’s trusting that less can open the door.
To a life that feels grounded, a life that feels true,
Where the only measure is what matters to you.
So here’s to intention, my word and my guide,
To live with purpose and joy by my side.
